Ensure your child enjoys a warm, nutritious meal at school with this premium kids food flask. It provides a proper hot lunch.

The vacuum-insulated, double-wall stainless steel keeps food hot for 6 to 9 hours. It keeps contents cold for 16–24 hours for summer days.

A lunch packed at breakfast stays properly warm by midday. This durable kids thermos is perfect for daily school use and trips.

The lid doubles as a convenient bowl. It also features a built-in foldable spoon, so there is nothing extra for your child to lose at school.

This flask is easy to carry. The included bag protects the exterior and makes it simple for children to handle during their busy school day.

The red finish is vibrant and stylish. It helps your child easily identify their gear in a crowded school locker or a shared lunch area.

Why choose this kids food flask?

  • Leak-proof by design — The lid screws on tight. Double-wall insulation stops sweating to protect school bags from leaks.
  • Safe materials — Made from 304 (18/8) stainless steel. It is completely free of BPA, phthalates, lead, and PVC.
  • Free kids' recipe e-book — Get hot and cold lunch ideas that fit a 530ml flask from a brand rooted in recipe content.
  • 2-year warranty — We provide a replacement if anything goes wrong during normal use. Enjoy free UK shipping too.

The 530ml size is ideal for toddlers and primary school children. It holds enough pasta, soup, or fruit to keep them full until home time.

This compact size fits most standard lunch bags. It is designed for small hands to grip securely while walking to the school canteen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the food still be hot by school lunchtime?

Yes — the flask holds food hot for 6 to 9 hours, so a meal packed at 8am is still properly hot at midday. A school day is well within its range. Pre-warming the flask first makes a noticeable difference, as below.

How do I make sure it stays as hot as possible?

Fill the flask with boiling water, screw the lid on, leave it five minutes, then tip it out and add the hot food straight away. Cold steel draws heat out of the meal, so this one step is the difference between warm and properly hot at lunchtime. Filling it to the top holds heat better than a half-full flask.

Is 530ml enough food for a child?

Yes — 530ml (17.9oz) is a full main-meal portion for a toddler through to primary school age, holding pasta, stew, soup, curry and rice or porridge. It is deliberately smaller than our 730ml adult flask, which is a better fit for a teenager or an adult's work lunch.

Can my child open and close it themselves?

The lid screws on rather than clipping, which most primary-age children manage once they have practised it a few times. It is worth a run-through at home before the first school day, particularly with a hot fill, so they can open it confidently at the table. Younger toddlers will usually need an adult.

Will it leak in a school bag?

No — the lid screws down against the rim, so soup and sauces stay in even if the bag is thrown about or laid flat. Screw it down fully until it stops, and avoid filling past the neck, as food sitting in the thread is what breaks a seal.

Can it go in the microwave?

No — it is stainless steel, and metal must never go in a microwave. That is rarely a problem at school: food goes in hot at breakfast and stays hot until lunch, so your child does not need access to a microwave at all. Steel is also accepted in many schools that do not allow glass lunch containers.

Is it dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and warm soapy water. Dishwasher heat and detergent wear down the vacuum seal over time, and that seal is exactly what keeps lunch hot, so hand washing is what keeps it working for years.

How do I get smells out of it after a strong meal?

Fill it with warm water and a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, leave it overnight, then rinse well. Store it with the lid off between uses, as a sealed damp flask is what traps smells in the first place.

What does the 2-year warranty cover, and how do I claim?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects for two years on every Good For You product, wherever you bought it. It does not cover dents from drops or damage from misuse. To claim, email us with your order number and a photo of the flask, and we will arrange a replacement.
